Terms of Service
Margin is currently in private testing and is provided by Ben Nowacky to invited testers. By using Margin you agree to these terms.
Testing software
Margin is pre-release software provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be removed, and it may contain bugs. Keep your own backups of anything important; your mail itself remains in your email provider's account.
Your account and content
You keep all rights to your email, calendar and contacts. You give Margin permission to access them only to provide the app's features to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for how you use Margin and for complying with your email provider's terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use Margin to send spam, break the law, or interfere with others' accounts or services.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Margin and its provider are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data or messages, arising from your use of the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Margin develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
